My coaching combines modern systemic approaches with tried-and-true methods from NLP, the Enneagram, social psychology, yoga, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and the family therapy principles of Virginia Satir. This powerful combination offers a holistic, flexible approach to sustainable change.

At the heart of it all is the family — a dynamic, living system full of individual strengths and incredible potential. With gentle guidance and intentional impulses, I help release inner blocks, build emotional strength, and create healthy, nurturing relationships.
