Fitness for Moms
We kick things off with a fitness session tailored to a mother’s unique needs. With expertise and care, Patrizia guides you through exercises that focus on pelvic floor training, abdominal separation (rectus diastasis), and the all-important areas like back, hips, and full-body strength. Using different stations — from mats and grassy spots to park benches — you’ll enjoy a full-body workout that blends endurance and strength training in a fun, energizing way.

Yoga & Coaching
Next, we flow into a gentle cool-down yoga session, perfect for postpartum recovery. With fluid movements, Sandra guides you through poses that support areas of your body needing special care after pregnancy and birth — creating more space, flexibility, and deep relaxation in both body and mind.

We round off the MOM Circle with group coaching sessions focused on the theme:
"Being Me – While Being Mom."
Through group discussions and small breakouts, we dive into meaningful topics like personal strengths, beliefs, parenting values, and more — all rooted in systemic coaching and the family therapy methods of Virginia Satir.
